The production base covers a total area of 50,000㎡, with a building area of 17,856.1 m². The factory premises feature a clean and tidy production environment. The surrounding area is characterized by roads and neighboring enterprises, and the overall environment is neat and well-maintained, with fresh air, sweet-tasting water, and no pollution.
The production base covers a total area of 50,000㎡, with a building area of 17,856.1 m². The factory premises feature a clean and tidy production environment. The surrounding area is characterized by roads and neighboring enterprises, and the overall environment is neat and well-maintained, with fresh air, sweet water quality, and no pollution. The factory site is laid out in distinct zones for production, warehousing, laboratory testing, administration, and living facilities. The overall layout is rational and fully compliant with veterinary drug GMP requirements.
The process layout of the production workshop is reasonable, with separate channels for personnel and material flows. Separate entrances and exits are provided for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and finished products. All materials entering or leaving the production area pass through designated cleaning and packaging rooms. Operators change into appropriate attire as required before entering their work stations, and the workshop is equipped with safety and fire-fighting facilities.
The workshop was designed and constructed in full compliance with national standards including the “Good Manufacturing Practice for Veterinary Drugs (Revised 2020),” the “Design Code for Cleanrooms” GB50073-2013, and the “Design Standard for Cleanrooms in the Pharmaceutical Industry” GB 50457-2019. The workshop’s primary equipment was supplied by specialized domestic manufacturers and has been validated according to GMP regulations.
