Physicochemical Laboratory
Production Management
Produce strictly in accordance with the validated manufacturing procedures to ensure safe, orderly production and the hygienic quality of veterinary drugs.
All employees must undergo safety production training and may only start working after passing the assessment.
Production personnel strictly adhere to all provisions of the process specifications and job operation procedures, and promptly, accurately, and truthfully keep production records.
Before starting production operations, operators must inspect and calibrate measuring containers and measuring instruments, and perform necessary adjustments on the testing equipment and instruments used in production.
The premises are cleaned according to regulations both before and after production begins.
Quality Management
The company has perfected its quality assurance and quality control systems. Currently, there are 6 laboratory technicians and 4 QA personnel. The Quality Department conducts regular training and assessments for inspection staff, and only those who have successfully completed the training and passed the assessment are permitted to take up their posts.
The Quality Department has established management procedures for inspection equipment, instruments, and reagents. Materials may be used only after passing inspection, and before releasing finished products, the Quality Department is responsible for reviewing batch production records and batch inspection records. Products will be released only after these records have been approved.
Samples of all manufactured products have been retained, and these samples are being monitored in accordance with the sample retention and observation system.
The company adheres to the principle of “not using nonconforming materials, not passing nonconforming intermediate products to the next process, and not shipping nonconforming finished products,” regarding product quality management as its core focus.
