　　Equipment used for veterinary drug production and quality management shall comply with veterinary drug quality standards. It must not react with or contaminate veterinary drugs. Therefore, equipment should be selected based on the following criteria: corrosion resistance, ease of cleaning, simple operation, high output, and compatibility with the existing scale of veterinary drug production. In addition, veterinary drug production and quality inspection equipment, instruments, meters, and weighing devices shall be calibrated according to regulations to ensure their safe and proper functioning.

　　The internal surfaces of process equipment and utensils that come into direct contact with veterinary drugs are made of high-quality stainless steel or enamel materials, which are smooth, flat, easy to clean, and corrosion-resistant. The corresponding pipelines are fabricated from high-quality stainless steel, are non-toxic, and resistant to corrosion.

　　The powder injection workshop has a total area of 477.1 square meters, including a Class 10,000 cleanroom measuring 96.42 m² and a Class 100,000 cleanroom measuring 161.42 m². It is equipped with a separate air-conditioning and purification system. The main workstations include bottle washing and drying, rubber stopper cleaning and drying, aluminum cap cleaning and sterilization, filling, capping, labeling, and packaging stations. The facility also features supporting areas such as a cleaning utensil room, equipment room, changing room, and clean corridor. The primary production equipment includes an ultrasonic bottle washer, bottle sorting machine, labeling machine, rubber stopper cleaning machine, aluminum cap cleaning machine, powder injection filling machine, pure steam sterilizer, and low-temperature ozone sterilization oven.

　　Powder/Pre-mix (including Chinese herbal extract) workshop: The total area of the workshop is 506.3 m², of which the Class D clean zone covers 321.5 m². The workshop is equipped with a separate air-conditioning and purification system. The main workstations include weighing and batching station, Chinese herbal medicine mixing station, Western medicine mixing station, grinding and sieving station, drying station, powder dispensing station, and packaging station. Supporting facilities such as a cleaning equipment room, utensil room, changing room, and clean corridor are also provided. The primary production equipment includes a universal pulverizer, oscillating sieve, two-dimensional mixer, hot-air circulation oven, and another two-dimensional mixer.

　　The Chinese medicine pulverizing workshop is independently designed, constructed, and inspected according to general area standards. The ceiling and partitions are made of color-coated steel panels that are dust-free, corrosion-resistant, washable, and mold-proof. The workshop is equipped with effective ventilation and dust removal systems.

　　The workshop for final sterilization of small-volume injections (including Chinese medicinal herb extracts), oral solutions (including Chinese medicinal herb extracts), and final sterilization of large-volume non-intravenous injections covers a total area of 750.9 square meters, of which 174.9 square meters is classified as a Class 10,000 cleanroom and 337.03 square meters as a Class 100,000 cleanroom. The workshop is equipped with an independent air-conditioning and purification system. The main workstations include weighing station, concentrated solution preparation station, dilute solution preparation station, coarse washing station for ampoules, fine washing and drying station, filling station for small-volume injections, filling station for large-volume injections, filling station for oral solutions, cleaning and drying station for rubber stoppers, preparation station for oral solutions, sterilization station, light inspection station, and packaging station. The facility also features supporting areas such as a cleaning utensil room, equipment room, changing room, and clean corridors. The primary production equipment includes ultrasonic bottle-washing machines, far-infrared tunnel ovens, concentrated solution tanks, dilute solution tanks, wire-drawing sealing machines, rubber stopper and aluminum cap rinsing machines, rubber stopper sterilization and drying ovens, high-speed filling, capping, and sealing machines, water-bath sterilization cabinets, ampoule printing machines, and oral solution filling machines.
